Youth Performance & Recovery Services

Our program is designed to help young athletes improve flexibility, prevent injuries, and optimize recovery, while also offering personalized training to enhance strength and performance. Each session is customized to meet your child’s unique needs, focusing on mobility, fitness, and overall wellness. Based on their goals, we offer the following optional treatments and services:

  • Assisted Stretching to improve flexibility and mobility

  • Cupping Therapy to relieve muscle tension and enhance blood flow

  • Scar Tissue Treatment to break down adhesions and improve muscle function

  • Personal Training to build strength, endurance, and athletic performance

Additionally, you can choose to add a 30-minute NormaTec air compression massage to target the legs, hips, or arms. This technology promotes circulation, reduces muscle soreness, and accelerates recovery—complementing their stretch session and supporting peak performance.
